Overview
SMP4000 series rack DC power supplies are high-frequency DC switching power supplies based on MOSFETs. Compared with IGBT-based DC switching power supplies, MOSFET-based switching power supplies have a higher switching frequency, so this series of rack-mounted DC power supplies are featured for low ripple, high precision, and fast response characteristics with smaller chassis by using smaller semiconductor devices and LC filter units. Making this series of rack-mounted DC power supplies have higher power density.
The main design purpose of the SMP4000 series DC power supplies is to support the small test system requiring miniaturization, high power density, and suitable for rack-mounted DC power supply requirements. The power supply adopts a 19-inch standard rack-mounted cabinet, adopts single-phase 220Vac input with designed output power at 3KW, output voltage range 6Vdc to 700Vdc, mainly used in LED testing, small electroplating, new material heating, electrical component testing and other applications.
This series of DC power supplies can add RS485, 0-10V analog quantity or 24V interlock loop to realize system integration control and monitoring.
